I Love Teaching Third Grade Because Kids Are So Creative!

What Courtney loves about teaching third grade: “I love teaching third grade for two reasons. The first reason is they are so creative. In my classroom I only teach math and science, so we do a lot of STEM activities for science, and then we do a lot of project-based learning and hands-on things, and their creativity always amazes me. The second reason I love teaching third grade is that they're a little bit more independent and they can finally start to understand some of my sarcasm! It’s easier to build relationships when they’re a little bit older and understand why you're making jokes.” Do you agree?
