Lenovo's E series of Chromebooks are designed to be used and abused in schools, but the company has decided to sell them to consumers as well, just because they're pretty awesome. With reinforced hinges, ports, and keyboard, and a resistance to drops of up to 30 inches, they're pretty tough to break. One of them lets you take notes with a regular pencil directly on the screen, while the top model has a lag-free stylus that's great to just doodle with. And they're all under $300.
