Leading Innovation-Alison

Alison has been a first-chair violinist for the Chicago Symphony Orchestra for more than 25 years. Her career was threatened when a central scotoma affected her vision, leaving her unable to read music. After visiting doctors and hospitals around the country, Alison found help at The Chicago Lighthouse, where our Low Vision professionals worked with her to find software that enabled her to continue to read music and continue a career she loved. She had been to 40 doctors, none of whom had solutions that could accommodate her vision degeneration. Your gift to The Chicago Lighthouse’s Envision the Future Endowment Campaign will help us continue our legacy of providing technical assistance, research and treatment to people with vision loss around the world. https://ift.tt/36Z1scy support@endlesssupplies.biz (Endless Supplies .Biz) February 04, 2020 at 09:46AM
