New VW CEO testified in U.S. on emissions scandal - report

BERLIN, May 8 (Reuters) - Volkswagen Chief Executive Herbert Diess travelled to the United States this month to testify to authorities there about the carmaker's emissions scandal, German newspaper Bild reported on Tuesday.
