Enterprise wikis can be great tools for collaboration and knowledge sharing. They are especially useful for getting new and relocated employees up to speed on the organization̢۪s unique terminology and acronyms. But if you want people to actually use the wiki, you will need to incorporate the features users need and have a strategy to keep it up-to-date.
