Senate Passes Bill Loosening Banking Rules, but Hurdles Remain in the House

The Senate banking bill that passed on Wednesday 67 to 31 will head to the House, where Representative Jeb Hensarling of Texas is among those who will decide whether to push for a more aggressive rollback of Dodd-Frank.
