Adding Insult to Injury, British Royal Family to Boycott World Cup in Russia

The countdown clock in Moscow for the 2018 World Cup soccer tournament, which will be held in Russia. Britain said Wednesday that members of the royal family and top officials would not attend the matches because of a dispute over the poisoning of a former Russian spy in Britain.
