TASKI SWINGOBOT2000 - Testimonial Retail Bayside Shopping center - EN

The introduction of the TASKI SWINGOBOT 2000 to SECUREClean’s night shift at Brisbane Airport was an instant success. The cleaning team reported immensely positive feedback, highlighting how easy the machine was to operate and maintain. SECUREClean was so impressed with the results it saw from its first SWINGOBOT that it swiftly purchased four more robots – feeling confident enough to introduce machines to its daytime cleaning operations as well. This roll-out was similarly successful, with SECUREClean noticing positive outcomes from its new robotic team. The ease of implementation was the first indicator of success for SECUREClean. Nick Athen-Iksidis, State Operations Manager for SECUREClean, says: “The most important aspect of implementation was how user-friendly it was. It was seamless to buy the robot, set it up and use it moving forward. For us, it was a really great experience.” This was built upon by the support SECUREClean received. “The initial support in implementation was remarkable,” continues Athen-Iksidis. “Once we had the robot on site, TASKI reps were available to help us understand and program it. More importantly, they’re always updating the robot, increasing our productivity and the quality of our cleans, which is vital for us.” Most importantly, however, the TASKI SWINGOBOT 2000 was able to deliver the results Securelclean needed. “Some of the outcomes that we’ve realised by having TASKI machines on-site involve the reallocation of labour,” explains Athen-Iksidis. “We haven’t cut or changed our labour, but we’ve been able to allocate people who would normally be on scrubbing the floors to work on detailing. We’ve also seen some efficiencies in chemical usage and general breakdowns, so there have been a number of elements that have been really tangible.” Overall, the SECUREClean team are incredibly happy with their decision to bring TASKI into its cleaning operations. “The roll-out of the TASKI SWINGOBOT machines on our side has been very successful,” concludes Athen-Iksidis. “It’s been able to provide a strong and noticeable cleaning outcome – as well as a consistent cleaning outcome. Because of that, we look forward to increasing our TASKI footprint across the site and we’re excited about the new technology and innovations coming from TASKI in the future.” Kathy Freeth, National Operations Manager for SECUREClean, says: “SECUREClean definitely sees the benefits of using TASKI robotics, and I would highly recommend it to anybody in the industry who is looking into implementing robotics in their operations.” BAC was also one of the main drivers behind the acquisition and purchase of the TASKI machine, following consultation with BAC’s internal stakeholders. Additional machines were acquired in the new contract awarded to SECUREclean as part of BAC’s objective for the tenderers to implement technology and innovations. https://ift.tt/2LjHUaE support@endlesssupplies.biz (Endless Supplies .Biz) December 03, 2019 at 10:47AM
