Karen Session, Shift Capability Leader for Georgia-Pacific, can be found on the floor managing GP employees at our paper mill in Palatka, Fla. In this video, Session describes how she became the first African American female SCL at the mill in 1989 when women at the facility were limited to opportunities. She ventured into her management role by becoming a supervisor, and now helps GP's operation run profitably and efficiently.
