CVC to buy Finnish healthcare group Mehilainen from KKR, Triton

HELSINKI, May 18 (Reuters) - Buyout fund CVC Capital has agreed to buy a majority stake in Mehilainen, one of Finland's largest healthcare companies, from private equity companies KKR and Triton.
