Anwar Ibrahim, Malaysian Opposition Leader, Is Pardoned

The Malaysian politician Anwar Ibrahim on Wednesday as he left a hospital where he had been receiving treatment. Mr. Anwar was sentenced to five years in prison on a sodomy charge in 2015.
