METALS-Copper hits one-week low as dollar gains ahead of Fed minutes

MANILA, Feb 21 (Reuters) - London copper futures edged lower on Wednesday as the dollar touched a one-week high versus a basket of major currencies, with trading volumes in Asia staying lean as Chinese markets remained shut for the Lunar New Year break.
