Dry bulk shipper Golden Ocean boosts dividend after Q4 beat

OSLO, Feb 20 (Reuters) - Dry bulk shipper Golden Ocean proposed a bigger than expected dividend for the fourth quarter on the back of forecast-beating results on Tuesday, and reiterated the market was getting better.
