Facebook wants you to say happy birthday with a donation

For his 31st birthday, Scott Harrison threw a giant party at a club and asked each of his 700 guests for $20. He didn't want it for gifts or to cover the bar tab. All of the money went directly to a refugee camp in Uganda.
