Brazil's Petrobras wins $1.8 bln tax ruling from 2009

SAO PAULO, May 12 (Reuters) - Brazilian state-controlled oil company Petroleo Brasileiro SA said tax court CARF has made a final ruling in favor of the company in a case regarding a deduction of 5.8 billion reais ($1.8 billion) related to 2009 drilling expenses.
